I need a home. It would happen to be that the home I would be looking at will be in walking distance of the PMB, and offer a 2B/1b/1l apartment on the second floor. With that said, I will acquire my 4 Story Building. There is currently a business on the first floor, and I will imagine that they will be willing to not be in business for a couple of months while the building is getting gutted and renovated. In return, I will include them in the layout, and features of the business to make their work life better, and easier. There will be two sets of utility meters. One is for the business, and the other is for the rest of the building. To reduce my electric bill (hopefully to $0), I will have solar panels with sun tracking which will double the solar hours gained. My network will be a 10GBPS network even though most consumer grade devices are just 1GBPS. This will be important for the NAS systems, and the internet.
