I always wanted a family. I am too old to have children of my own, and even if I wanted children, I wouldn’t want to pass my bad genes to any children in the future. With that said, my best option will be to foster children. I understand that fostering children is usually a temporary setup until their parents are able to properly care for them. With that said, I will be OK with that. I will be willing to give a child (or 2) a home that is safe, stable, and trusting. With that said, I will have 3 bedrooms, and the 2 secondary bedrooms will be reserved for the foster children allowing me to have 2 foster children. I don’t believe that a child should have to share their room with someone else.
Having foster children will make changes to my lifestyle. I will have to eat more regularly to make a family meal. I will also have to consider that there will be others living with me. I spent most of my life living alone. A child will need resources that they may not have with their last residence. With that said, I will provide a wide range of resources, and features to make living with me a valuable source of capability that would likely be unique to being my foster child. If you wish to learn more about how I would interact with foster children, you can go to my Foster Children page.
