Pager

I will have a pager that would be important in case the tenant has a problem with their residence. If the tenant can’t reach me via phone, she will dial my 413 number as defined in my Ideal Phone Setup. They will leave a message, and a few minutes later, the pager would sound off waking me from a sleep, and will allow me to listen to the voicemail, and respond appropriately. I will tell no one that the 413 number is a pager unless I feel they should know.

The whole point of a pager is it is loud enough to wake me up from sleep. If I was to have a tenant (even 1), it would be essential that they can reach me in an emergency. They will know to call my 855 number first. This number will ring both the home and cellular phone. If I don’t answer, they will call the 413 voicemail number. I will call them back within 10 minutes giving the pager 5 minutes to sound off after leaving a message. However, since the building will have a complete renovation, it is unlikely they will have an emergency.
