I will get every child a Real ID compliant photo ID card. This will allow them to have something to prove to authorities that they are who they say they are. Since they will be living with me, their address will be my residence in the 4 Story Building. The ID will be essential for them to prove whom they are with other people. If they should make an order and have it delivered to another location, they might need to provide ID to prove their identity.
When they leave, they will need to update their new address with PennDOT. Once they receive their new address card, they will then go to a photo ID center, and get their photo ID taken again which will have a cost, but this will be essential for providing accurate addressing information.
